Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for your continued support and trust in Epping Heights OSHC.

Over the past several months, we have been reviewing our financial position in light of rising operational costs, changes in the economic environment, and new government initiatives. As a not-for-profit service, we have done our best to absorb these additional costs. However, in order to maintain the quality and sustainability of our service, we will be implementing the following fee increases.

Phase 1: Effective Week 2 – Tuesday, 29 July 2025

As approved by the Department and in line with the Worker Retention Payment Alternate Fee Growth Percentage Cap:

• Casual AM Session: $19.50 per child
• Casual PM Session: $33.00 per child
• Permanent AM Session: $16.50 per child
• Permanent PM Session: $30.50 per child
• Vacation Care Base Rate: $60.00 per day (no change, additional excursion/incursion costs apply)

Phase 2: Effective Week 4 – Monday, 11 August 2025

In line with the Worker Retention Growth Percentage Cap, fees will increase by approximately 4.2% per session:

• Casual AM Session: $20.31 per child
• Casual PM Session: $34.38 per child
• Permanent AM Session: $17.19 per child
• Permanent PM Session: $31.78 per child
• Vacation Care Base Rate: $60.00 per day (no change, additional excursion/incursion costs apply)

We understand that any fee increase can be challenging and want to assure you that this decision has not been made lightly. We remain committed to providing high-quality care and appreciate your continued support.
